For some of us, exercise can feel like a chore or time wasted. A good diet can be equally time-consuming, expensive or simply not appetising.
This month we have pulled together some ideas of how to exercise, without it feeling like a chore and to eat in a healthier way, without sacrificing our taste buds.
Another focus this month is World Suicide Prevention Day. In 2017 6,188 suicides were registered in the UK with the highest suicide rate being amongst men aged 40–44. No one needs to suffer in silence there are many helplines and online web-chats where individuals can find support and advise in a confidential environment.
