Finding your Festive Cheer

This month’s newsletter is of course, a festive one, although our individual experiences of Christmas can vary hugely. Some of us look forward to a rest and some of us will visit friends and family. Others may find that this is the hardest time of year because we are too busy, have money worries or because we are lonely.
