Mental Health Newsletter – March Edition

March marks the beginning of Spring and in the natural world, this is the start of new beginnings. However, new beginnings can mean change and quite often this can make many of us feel uneasy, especially if the change is out of our control.

Focusing all of your time and energy on things you cannot change ultimately, will create even more stress.  In reality, there are many things in life you have zero control over. You can’t prevent a storm from happening! Sometimes, all you can control is your effort and your attitude. When you put your energy into the things you can control, you’ll be much more effective.
