After wonderful news back in November of Maisie being awarded 'Emerging Athlete of the Year', at the Para-Swimming-British Swimming Awards 2017, Maisie was set to compete in The World Swimming Championships in Mexico. Unfortunately, due to the devastating earthquake which hit Mexico City, Maisie was unable to compete. Our very own Leanne Cox was crowned Business Modern Apprentice of the Year! The Glasgow Guarantee awards, now in their 7th year, recognise the extraordinary achievements of individuals and employers involved in working with young people. Leanne Cox started an Apprentice Administrative role with AbleMed Health (Now part of Medigold Health) straight from school in July 2016.
