Just as we all have physical health, we all have mental health. And just like physical health, our mental health can vary and needs to be looked after. Mental wellbeing describes our mental state – how we are feeling and how well we can cope with day-to-day life.

Our mental wellbeing is dynamic. It can change from moment-to-moment, day-to-day, month-to-month or year-to-year. If we have good mental health we are generally confident, able to engage with the world, we feel productive and can cope with the daily stresses of life.
