With the holiday season over, you will be reflecting on the year just gone and making (or breaking) your New Year’s resolutions. Lose weight, get that promotion, travel more, spend more time with family – it can often mean a fresh start for many of us.

To maintain our mental health it is important to set realistic expectations. If you are looking to improve your physical health start small and work up to your ultimate goal, just because it’s a New Year resolution it doesn’t mean you only have a year to achieve it.
